Check TGE Date
Points systems are pre-token launch mechanics. Conversion to real tokens only happens at the Token Generation Event (TGE). Check the project's official roadmap for the TGE date.
Verify Conversion Ratio
Not all points convert 1:1. The project will announce the conversion ratio at TGE — 1,000 points might equal 10 tokens depending on total supply and distribution.
Complete All Required Steps
Some platforms require KYC before you can convert points. Make sure your account is fully verified and all conversion prerequisites are met.
Check Season / Epoch Resets
Some points expire at the end of a season. If you didn't claim or convert before the season ended, those points may no longer be redeemable.
