Use Chainlist.org

Visit chainlist.org, search for your network (e.g., "Arbitrum", "Base", "Polygon"), connect wallet, and click "Add to MetaMask" — one click adds all RPC details.

Manual RPC Entry

MetaMask → Settings → Networks → Add Network. Fill in: Network Name, RPC URL, Chain ID, Currency Symbol, Block Explorer URL. Find these on the chain's official docs.

Switch Active Network

Click the network dropdown at top of MetaMask and select the correct chain. Make sure your tokens exist on that chain.
